Deposit and contract is due immediately as we cannot guarantee that the date will be available due to popularity of our events. Failure to provide contract and payment will result in your parties forfeiture.

The deposit is non-refundable after 72 hours of booking.

Failure to pay final balance within 3 days of your event will result in the cancellation of your party.

 

All of our parties require you to be cleaned up and out the door by the end of the 2 hours, in order to have time to clean for the next party.

 

As a customer your responsibilities are: 

 

  • Cleanup up toys before the end of event time

  • Food and drinks are limited to front lobby area

  • No shoes in gym area 

  • Decorations must be non-damaging to facility and limited to front lobby.

  • Lobby area must be cleaned before end of event time (staff member will take care of sweeping, mopping, and deconstruction of tables)​

    • All trash in the dumpster or placed neatly next to trash can

    • All left over food or drinks removed from facility 

  • This includes decorations removed from facility 

  • If booking our Polkadot Theme Package or Themed Package, you are responsible for: 

    • making sure the lobby area is free of trash (trash in trashcan or dumpster)​​

    • all left over food or drinks are removed from facility 

    • all toys are cleaned up 

    • (Staff member will dismantle decorations)

Please be aware, if you or your child have been sick or with a fever within 48 hours please call to reschedule your party in order to keep all of our families safe and healthy.
