Deposit and contract is due immediately as we cannot guarantee that the date will be available due to popularity of our events.

The deposit is non-refundable after 72 hours of booking.

All of our parties require you to be cleaned up and out the door by the end of the 2 hours, in order to have time to clean for the next party.

 

As a customer your responsibilities are 

 

  • Cleanup up toys before the end of event time

  • Food and drinks are limited to front lobby area

  • No shoes in gym area 

  • Decorations must be non-damaging to facility and limited to front lobby.

  • Lobby area must be cleaned before end of event time (staff member will take care of sweeping, mopping, and deconstruction of tables)​

    • All trash in the dumpster or placed neatly next to trash can

    • All left over food or drinks removed from facility 

  • This includes decorations removed from facility 

  • If doing our Polkadot Theme Package or Themed Package, you are responsible for: 

    • making sure the lobby area is free of trash (trash in trashcan or dumpster)​​

    • all left over food or drinks are removed from facility 

    • all toys are cleaned up 

    • (Staff member will dismantle decorations)
