Cancellation Policies

We understand that life happens, but due to limited class spots, please be courteous to other families. 


Cancellations 24 hours or before will be eligible for a refund of the scheduled class. Cancellations on the day of and up to 24 hours after your booking, will be eligible for rescheduling to the next available class. No-shows will forfeit their class fee. After 3 no-shows, you may be subject to not be able to attend anymore of our classes. This is to ensure our families on the waitlist have the opportunity to attend. 

Customers will be subject to a three-strike no-show policy. Customers who fail to notify Polkadot Play of session cancellations three times within a three month period may be unable to book further sessions with us.

Polkadot Play allows cancellation of a Play Your Way class up to 96 hours (4 days) prior to the scheduled event with the refund of your deposit. We will allow one (1) reschedule of the Play Your Way class up to 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled event. All other cancellations will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Gym Policies


Children 6 months and younger are admitted free with a paying child. Otherwise, it will be a $5 entry charge for any single child 6 months and younger to use our facility. This does not apply to our Little Movers Session as this is a session designed just for babies. 


Food and drink are allowed in the front reception area ONLY. No food or drink (even water) is allowed beyond the gate into the gym area. Any food or drink discovered in the gym area may result in a $50 cleaning fee. 


Customers are responsible for returning the gym to its original condition at the end of their session. Failure to comply may result in a $10 cleaning fee being added to future sessions.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:​

  • Returning toys to their proper bins/shelves

  • Returning all foam blocks back to the foam pit

  • Returning all kitchen items back to the kitchen play area
