By checking the Agree Box on the registration form, the Registering Party acknowledges that they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) being registered.

The Registering Party gives Polkadot Play permission to use photographs from any classes or Open Gyms for any legal or commercial use, including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Furthermore, the Registering Party understands that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall be payable to them by reason of such use.
